And I run Carol James cake design. My studio is based in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, where I create and deliver beautiful bespoke wedding cakes all over Scotland that taste as good as they look!

My passion for baking has be present for decades but it wasn't until a few years ago that I thought I would go all in and pursue my dream full time. Since then I haven't looked back.

I love the experimentation of playing with new flavour combinations and the artistry of crafting detailed edible decoration.
