I can incorporate personal elements such as themes, colours, stationary details, such as fonts and favourite flowers made in sugar. I love making sugar flowers, something that will keep for many years as a keepsake of your wedding day. I can also make individual sugar flowers for special guests too. As well as looking stunning, your wedding cake must taste delicious too. I have an extensive flavour list, sure to tempt your guests. Gone are the days of rich fruit cake, thick marzipan and set royal icing - though if you crave this, I’m happy to oblige! The modern trend is to have a different sponge flavour on each tier, giving lots of choice for you and your guests.
